"Team Building Sailing Regatta"
The Team Building Program Evolves in the following manner:
- Logistics and accommodations are addressed
- General discussion with a facilitator on your corporation goals and objectives
- The optimum length of the program is established and dates are set
- Clients arrive and meet with the facilitator for a program overview and in-depth discussion of individual and group goals and objectives
- Clients meet with Captains and proceed to vessels
- Basic sailing instruction continues throughtout the day
- Assessment of individual and team dynamics takes place during the sailing process
- A group project is conducted
- Teams return to the marina
- Facilitator meets with Captains and debriefs for pertinent information
- Facilitator meets with teams and discusses the day's significant insights and interactions
- Action plan develop for increasing Team effectiveness at the workplace
We provide an environment that is naturally conductive to the Teamwork process. The workload is shared among Team members with an emphasis on individual communications and support skills.
Unlike some physically engaging Team building Programs our experience insures a very high degree of personnel safety.
This safe atmosphere can be crucial in allowing an individual to succeed in learning.
